These are the terms you're agreeing to when you buy something here or join the mailing list. Buying or subscribing means you accept them.
Currahee Works Ltd, trading as We Are The Way Through, of [BUSINESS ADDRESS], United Kingdom. Contact: hello@wearethewaythrough.com.
Digital products — written materials delivered as downloadable files, and in future, online courses. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
You'll need a device that can open a PDF and a working email address. That's the whole technical requirement.
Payment is taken by Stripe. The contract between us forms when your payment is confirmed and I send your confirmation email.
Delivery is immediate — a download link arrives by email within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then email me and I'll send it directly. Nobody loses access because an email filter misbehaved.
Ordinarily you'd have 14 days to change your mind about something bought online. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends the moment the download begins — and by completing your purchase, you're asking for immediate delivery and acknowledging you lose the 14-day cancellation right.
This is standard for digital products and is set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Despite the above, if the material genuinely isn't what you expected, email me within 30 days and I'll refund you. You don't have to justify it or perform disappointment. I'd rather you had your money back than sat with something that didn't serve you.
Separately, and regardless of the 30 days, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the content is faulty, corrupted, or not as described.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own inner work. You can print it, write in it, and keep it for as long as you like.
You can't resell it, share the download link publicly, upload it anywhere, teach from it commercially, or reproduce it as your own. The words, the framework, the five stages and the name remain mine.
Quoting a line or two with attribution is welcome. That's how this grows.
This is self-directed inner-growth work, drawn from lived experience. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, addiction treatment, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. No therapeutic or clinical relationship is created by buying these materials or reading these emails.
The work touches on childhood wounds, shadow material, and difficult memory. That can surface more than expected. If you are in crisis, struggling with addiction, or under the care of a professional, please work through this alongside them — or set it aside for now. Reaching for support is the strongest move available, not the weakest. In an emergency in the UK, call 999, or Samaritans free on 116 123, at any hour.
No outcome is promised or guaranteed. What you get from this depends on what you bring to it and on circumstances neither of us controls. Nothing here should be read as a promise of a particular result, financial or otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, liability for any claim connected with these materials is limited to the amount you paid for them, and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss.
Subscribing means agreeing to receive emails about this work. Every one carries an unsubscribe link. Use it whenever you like — there's no ill will in it, and it takes effect immediately.
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published when you buy. Anything you've already bought stays governed by the terms you bought under.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
If something goes wrong, email me first. Most things resolve in one message.
